Internet explorer not updating

Im running Windows 7 that was installed on the laptop from purchase, and I cant get Internet Explorer to update I have all pre-requisite updates as stated by microsoft and still no success.

I have run Malwarebytes and Eset Nod32 to make sure there are no viruses etc.

need to uninstall your current version of IE to update Internet Explorer to the latest version.

The updated version will replace the outdated one you have installed right now.

This option can be found under "Internet Options - Another new and interesting option introduced in IE11.
