No hate for those who don't ship them but MAO AND JUN IS THE BEST COUPLE EVER. :) of all the japanese actress i've known, inoue mao seems to be the boyish of them all, in the way she act and in real life also, but definitely she's the cutest especially in her batch.... I feel that she always manages to pull people's heartstrings. I heard that she's picky when it comes to choosing roles hence the reason why she doesn't appear in many dramas like other actresses, but I think that's good. I'm tired of watching dramas with a great cast and a crappy female protagonist. You became more beautiful in I Give My First Love to You with your curly hairstyle. Inoue Mao's portrayal as Mayu Taneda in "I Give My First Love to You (Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu)" is really moving and amazing.

They’ve been speculated to have been dating for 9 years, an executive vice-president was introduced to Jun and Mao at the Oguri household, Jun calls her “Mao” instead of “Mao-chan” in a Hanadan behind-the-scenes DVD (so she probably calls him “Jun” in return), they flew to Hawaii together for Shun’s wedding and were spotted on a double date with Shun and Yu, Friday reporting about their yakiniku date with Toma third-wheeling, people saying that Himitsu no Arashi-chan interactions between Mao and Jun were deliberately toned down so she could promote her drama SP with Nino (Tengoku de Kimi ni Aetara), fan theories that JE is giving the green light on releasing these rumours so that it’ll put pressure on their relationship and they’ll break up… I haven’t given much thought as to whether their relationship is real, because it seems like a very in-your-face media ploy to promote Kouhaku or Hana Moyu or whatever, but I did love their on-screen chemistry in Hana Yori Dango, so I’d love to hear that the speculation turned out to be true.
Arashi are in their thirties now, so it’s about time they consider things like marriage and raising a family.
Inoue Mao and Arashi's Jun Matsumoto co-starred in 2005 hit drama "Hana Yori Dango" and since then they have been very close.
Now the couple was spotted at a late night dinner by popular journalism outlet FRIDAY.
“It seems that Johnny’s Jimusho, who was against their relationship has reluctantly accepted it.
It is said that aside from that their engagement will be announced at the year’s end, and the wedding ceremony will take place when the filming for Inoue’s drama ends after September of next tear.
About 5 minutes later Jun Matsumoto with his labelmate Ikuta Toma also left from the staff entrance and took their own taxis to go home.
They have also been rumored as a couple because they were found wearing matched rings.
FRIDAY reported that Inoue returned home from the promotions for her new movie "Shiroyuki-hime Satsujin Jiken" and left again at pm for the high-class yakiniku restaurant by taxi, disguised in hat, glasses and mask.
Two hours after the shop had closed (am), Inoue was photographed leaving from the staff entrance of the restaurant escorted, and taking a taxi by which she went home.
I think we really love Maotsujun (Inoue Mao x Matsumoto Jun) couple. They look great together and I swear I'll be the happiest when they get married. Well if I weren't a girl, I would totally fall in love with this kind of girl. The actresses that portrayed the Makino character in the Taiwanese and Korean version doesn't even come close to Inoue in terms of acting and natural cuteness and toughness.
